Job summary

Kepak Group in Watergrasshill, Co. Cork, is recruiting for Abattoir operatives to join our production team. You will cut and trim meat to Kepak specifications, work at line speed, and contribute to meeting daily and weekly production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Experience in an abattoir or boning hall and proven knife skills are essential. The role requires physical fitness, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours in a factory setting.

• Kepak Cork is now recruiting for roles within our Abattoir Department, where you will play an important part in our production operations

Working hours

Abattoir: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 7 am to 5 pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 am to 5 pm (approximately)

What to expect in the job?

• Working as part of the Abattoir team in the factory, the successful candidate will produce cuts and trims of meat to Kepak specification and at line speed.
• This role will involve working towards production targets.

What do we need from you

We are seeking experienced operatives to join our factory processing team. The successful candidates will have a strong background working in an abattoir or boning hall environment and must demonstrate proven knife skills. You will be responsible for producing meat to meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
