Job summary

PACIV in Ireland is seeking an experienced Utilities Engineer for a Food & Beverage project on site. You will own utilities delivery from design to commissioning, ensuring safety, compliance and on-time completion.

You will lead utility-related engineering, coordinate with EPCM partners and suppliers, and support CAPEX planning and environmental control in GMP environments. A strong background in HVAC, water/wastewater and energy optimization is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher in Mechanical/Energy Engineering or equivalent.
  • PM certification preferred.
  • Experience in regulated process manufacturing (F&B/pharma) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical owner for Utilities requirements.
  • Lead and support greenfield utility installations and commissioning.
  • Manage on-site contractors to meet milestones.
  • Support IQ/OQ/PQ, FAT/SAT and environmental qualifications.
  • Ensure GMP/HACCP hygiene zoning and environmental controls.
  • Collaborate with EPCM partners, suppliers and site team.
  • Support CAPEX package scope, planning and reporting.
  • Develop SOPs and handover documentation for Operations.
