Job summary

Veolia Environmental Services Technical Solutions Limited in Ireland seeks a Site Supervisor to direct and supervise the on-site operations, ensuring daily activities run efficiently and safely.

Based in Kildare with onsite pattern, the role leads the operations team, manages shift rosters, liaises with client, and oversees tanker loading and contractor activities. A strong background in supervisory operations and hazardous materials is essential; ADR/IMDG or DGSA qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and Veolia field operations.
• Oversee shift schedules, staff rosters and time-off requests to ensure coverage.
• Supervise tanker loading, rear facility duties and external contractor activities.
• Manage procurement for site consumables and ensure equipment readiness.
• Ensure workforce compliance with safety protocols and report incidents.
