Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Site Supervisor role.
• Knowledge of utilities, civil engineering works, traffic management, and public realm delivery.
• Background in utilities, public realm, roadworks, reinstatement, drainage, or heavy civils projects.
• Up-to-date training including Safe Pass and Manual Handling.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations across utilities and public realm works.
• Coordinate and manage site staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure deadlines, milestones, and programme requirements are achieved.
• Supervise civil works, reinstatement, and public realm works.
• Maintain a high standard of quality control across all site activities.
