Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Domestic Site Supervisor/Working Foreperson in Ireland to lead site operations and deliver hands-on projects. You will work on-site with carpentry, fit-out, and practical activities on smaller projects, ensuring high workmanship and safety.

Coordinate scheduling, allocate resources, oversee subcontractors, and prepare reports while collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve site issues; offering growth and international opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven practical carpentry experience is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in construction, fit-out, or a similar site environment.
  • Ability to handle physical site work, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with construction management software/tools is an asset.
  • Willingness to work flexibly within small site teams and travel to various project sites in Ireland.

Responsibilities
