Tusker Construction Group in Kilkenny is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for an industrial building project. You will oversee daily on-site operations, coordinate trades, and drive safety and quality standards to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires proven Site Supervisor experience, a Construction Management/Engineering qualification desirable, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams and liaise with clients and subcontractors on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring tasks meet standards.

• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure clear communication.
• Train new employees on policies and job duties.
• Maintain records of work, materials, and incidents on-site.

The Business is Family owned, and managed, with over 30 years' experience in all areas of the construction sector their success is a strong testament to the supporting divisions within the group such as Crane Hire, Plant Hire, Construction & Demolition, Steelworks, Haulage, and Waste Recycling.

As part of our on-going growth, we are now looking to expand our team and have an immediate exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Site Supervisor for our Industrial building project in Co. Kilkenny.

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high standards of quality.

Site Supervisor Position Overview

• Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
• Manage team members by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to senior management.
