Tusker Construction Group in Kilkenny is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for an industrial building project. You will oversee daily on-site operations, coordinate trades, and drive safety and quality standards to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires proven Site Supervisor experience, a Construction Management/Engineering qualification desirable, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams and liaise with clients and subcontractors on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Construction Management/Engineering Qualification desirable.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring tasks meet standards.
• Manage team members by assigning tasks and guiding performance.
• Monitor progress and report delays to senior management.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with regular checks.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure clear communication.
• Train new employees on policies and job duties.
• Maintain records of work, materials, and incidents on-site.
