Job summary

ICDS Group is seeking a Site Manager for a high-end residential development in Ireland. You will oversee all on-site construction activities from setup to completion, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, architects and consultants to maintain luxury finishes.

You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while enforcing health and safety and conducting quality inspections to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience as a site manager in luxury residential construction.
• Experience in high-end finishes and liaising with homeowners.

Required for a well-established residential developer undertaking circa. 20-units on a high-end resdidential development consisting of Houses & Duplexes which will commence shortly.

Role
