Job summary

Ward Personnel in Ireland seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead the final phase of a residential development in Knocklyon, Dublin. This hands‑on role covers 9 months, overseeing 4 remaining houses from groundworks through to final finish.

You will drive day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries, monitor quality and safety, and report progress to senior management to ensure programme milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and residential construction standards.

This is a hands‑on Site Manager role with 9 months left on the programme, overseeing the second phase of a new development consisting of 10 new‑build houses — 6 completed, 4 units remaining.
