Site Project Engineer – Water/Wastewater BIM & Coordination

Job summary

EPS Group is seeking a Project Engineer: Design & Co-Ordination for Drogheda site-based wastewater upgrade works. You will join a design team on site at Drogheda WWTP and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and process inputs.

Responsibilities include supervising PSDP/PSCS duties, coordinating supplier design information, organizing technical meetings, and delivering BIM Level 2 documentation in line with Irish Water specs.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of on-site experience.
• Previous experience in design and build of wastewater projects.
• Positive and pro-active team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Client facing experience.
• Experience with Autodesk Navisworks / BIM 360 / ACC / MS Project / P6.

Responsibilities

• Work on site within a dynamic Design Team environment.
• Support PSDP duties and responsibilities on site.
• Support PSCS duties and responsibilities on site.
• Coordinate Process, Mechanical and Electrical designer inputs.
• Support EPS appointed designers with site data for Civil/Mechanical design requirements.
• Coordinate supplier design information.
• Organise and document technical meetings.
• Deliver all designs and supporting information using BIM Level 2 as per Irish Water specs.
• Assist with purchasing of BOQ items (labour, parts, materials).
• Ensure design phase completes on time and within budget.
• Write engineering reports.
• Develop goals and plans to meet deadlines.
