Job summary

EPS Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of water sector projects in the Drogheda/Dundalk region. The role spans design, procurement, construction and commissioning across multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations.

You will drive KPI performance, develop SOPs, oversee BIM documentation, and ensure HSQE compliance while supporting site Project Managers and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, engineering, construction or related industries
• Knowledge of health, safety, environment and quality requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee programme delivery across multiple projects and monitor progress against milestones
• Coordinate design development, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and handover activities
• Review technical and commercial quotations and support supplier/subcontractor selections
• Support project close-out, handover and documentation management including BIM processes
• Lead development of project staffing structures and resource plans
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across project teams and EPS ECI framework
