Job summary

Amgen Dun Laoghaire (ADL) seeks a PMO & Master Planning Specialist to govern the capital project portfolio and align it with site strategy. You will maintain the rolling multi-year capital plan, drive governance, and ensure effective resource loading across engineering and facilities.

Lead cross‑functional initiatives, track KPIs, and share insights across the global PMO network while ensuring regulatory alignment and delivery excellence at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years’ directly related experience in engineering, facilities, or capital project environments.
• At least 5 years’ leadership experience directing teams, programs, portfolios, or resource allocation.
• Formal project management qualification (PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 Practitioner) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP environments and experience supporting a 24‑hour manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Integrated Business Planning PMO process for site projects and governance.
• Develops, implements, and sustains PMO policies, standards, and procedures.
• Leverages global tools and best practices, sharing ADL learnings globally.
• Represents ADL in corporate portfolio and project management forums.
• Leads Site Master Planning and Strategic Capital Planning activities.
• Provides data-driven portfolio analysis and scenario planning for investments.
• Maintains central project portfolio repository and communicates decisions to stakeholders.
• Drives KPIs and continuous improvement for portfolio performance.
