Job summary

Amgen Dun Laoghaire is seeking a PMO & Master Planning Specialist to own the Integrated Business Planning PMO and govern the site project portfolio, ensuring objective prioritisation aligned with the site strategy, capacity, and regulatory expectations.

You will lead master planning and strategic capital planning, provide data‑driven portfolio analysis, perform feasibility studies, and coordinate governance across engineering, manufacturing, quality and site leadership to enable robust

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years’ directly related experience in engineering, facilities, or capital project environments.
At least 5 years’ leadership experience directing teams, programs, portfolios, or resource allocation.
Formal project management qualification (PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 Practitioner) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of cGMP environments and experience supporting a 24‑hour manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

Govern the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) PMO process for the site portfolio.
Ensure objective prioritisation aligned with site strategy and capacity.
Develop, implement, and sustain PMO policies, standards, and procedures.
Coordinate communication of portfolio decisions to stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and site leadership.
Lead Site Master Planning and Strategic Capital Planning, maintaining a rolling multi-year plan.
