Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Site Planning Manager for the Waterford manufacturing campus. You will lead the local planning team, manage the site S&OP cycle, and coordinate capacity planning with operations to meet customer service targets.

This role sits onsite in Waterford and reports into the Planning Department. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in planning or supply chain, with managerial experience, and a strong background in S&OP, RCCP, MPS, advanced Excel, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in planning or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Graduate or equivalent professional qualification e.g. APICS Certification
• Experience with site-level S&OP, RCCP, MPS understanding
• Advanced Excel; Power BI, Altrix or Tableau a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities

• Lead local planning team and site S&OP processes.
• Coordinate capacity utilization and production scheduling with stakeholders.
• Monitor DC inventory levels and ensure timely information sharing.
• Balance customer requirements with production utilization; manage inventory.
• Improve planning processes and drive manufacturing efficiency.
• Support new product introductions and launch timelines.
• Engage with Purchasing and Operations on demand and supply issues.
