The role focuses on JJPS, VSM, and performance management to achieve the site’s long-term vision. You will guide capability building, mentor future leaders, and deploy strategic initiatives such as Smart Change Over and OEE

• Leads JJPS and Culture of Excellence at the site.
• Maps value streams and delivers reliability improvements for strategic brands.
• DRI for CIP pipeline, annual targets, and site KPI oversight.
• Leads site performance management and external reporting decks.
• Drives deployment of key OPEX programs and initiatives.
• Provides coaching and mentoring for project management and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Partners on strategy deployment, long-term roadmaps, and change management.
