Job summary

Ashgrove Renewables in Ireland is seeking an experienced General Operative to join our growing team. You will perform snagging, finishing, and minor repairs on domestic energy upgrade projects delivered under SEAI schemes, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

The role requires attention to detail, travel within Munster, and the ability to collaborate with Scheduling, QA and Logistics. A hands-on, proactive communicator with fundamentals in building trades is essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in a construction trade.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Basic understanding of SEAI energy upgrade works.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Fluent English, verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel within Munster.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site snagging, finishing, and minor repairs on domestic energy upgrade projects.
• Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely.
• Liaise with project managers, QA, and internal teams.
• Log job updates in the CRM system.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on site.
• Travel as required within Munster.
