Job summary

Amden Group Ltd. seeks an on-site project manager to lead the commissioning and startup of a new facility in County Meath. You will work with the regulatory team to ensure compliance across production of animal nutrition products and uphold Quality Standards.

You will oversee site operations, manage budgets, and drive cost reductions while leading operational and support staff and promoting a Great Place to Work aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• Education Attainments Degree or equivalent in a business/engineering discipline (desirable)
• Lean Six Sigma formal qualification (desirable)
• Prince 2 or project management qualification (desirable)
• Health and Safety formal qualification (NEBOSH, or equivalent) (desirable)
• A minimum of 5 years’ previous experience in a similar role
• Successful delivery of projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• On-site project management for commissioning and startup of a new facility in County Meath
• Coordinate with HQ regulatory team to ensure compliance with production standards
• Ensure site conforms to group Quality Standards and accreditations
• Manage costs and budgets for site operations
• Lead site HSE activities and drive safety culture
• Provide leadership to operational and support staff
• Develop strategic plans and budgets with Group Plant Manager
• Drive transformational change to reduce operating costs
