Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment in Ireland is seeking a Site Manager to lead a major pharmaceutical development, working with clients, consultants and subcontractors to deliver milestones in a highly regulated environment.

You will oversee daily site activities, ensure quality and safety compliance, and build strong relationships with the supply chain to support successful site delivery on this high-spec project.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a Site Manager or similar role.
• Background in pharmaceutical or highly regulated projects is advantageous.
• Relevant construction/engineering qualification or degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and supervise labour resources.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors to ensure programme milestones.
• Ensure works meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce Health & Safety legislation and procedures on site.
• Build strong relationships with supply chain to support site delivery.
