Job summary

Tate, part of the Kingspan Group, is seeking a Site Lead to manage the Dublin facility's day-to-day operations, uphold QA/QC standards and ensure a safe, efficient environment. You will act as the primary site contact and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

You will lead assembly and operational teams, maintain compliance, and collaborate with warehouse colleagues to optimise site performance. A strong focus on health, safety and process excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in site leadership or supervisory role within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with QA/QC procedures and compliance management systems.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Dublin facility.
• Act as primary point of contact for the site.
• Support Assembly Teams in resolving operational issues.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented and followed.
• Ensure safe, efficient and effective running of site activities.
• Monitor site performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Team Lead and operations teams for site coordination.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain housekeeping, organisation and compliance across the facility.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
