Careeriser-Limited is seeking a Site Manager for a large-scale residential project in South Dublin. The role focuses on leading daily site operations, coordinating trades and direct labour, and ensuring work is completed to schedule and standards.

You will monitor progress, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with the project team to resolve issues while maintaining high-quality delivery and clear communication with senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years’ experience in healthcare / commercial / residential construction.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to specification.
• Supervise subcontractors, trades and direct labour to drive productivity and maintain programme targets.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and milestones.
• Maintain and enforce health & safety standards in line with procedures and statutory requirements.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through regular inspections and robust quality control processes.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, QS, Engineers and design team to align activities and resolve site issues.
• Oversee site logistics (materials and plant) to optimise procurement and resources.
• Keep detailed daily records and progress reports for senior management.
• Assist in identification and management of project variations with the team.
• Chair site meetings, daily briefings and toolbox talks to promote coordination.

• Lead and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification
• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to drive productivity and maintain programme targets
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and key milestones
• Maintain and enforce health & safety standards in line with company procedures and statutory requirements
• Ensure high-quality delivery through regular inspections and robust quality control processes
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers, and design team to align activities and resolve site issues
• Oversee site logistics, including materials and plant, to optimise procurement and resource utilisation
• Keep detailed daily records and progress reports, ensuring clear and consistent communication with senior management
• Assist in the identification and management of project variations alongside the team
• Chair site meetings, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to promote effective communication and coordination
