Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Site Manager (Residential Housing) for a Malahide project in North Dublin. The role requires managing high-volume housing with a focus on quality and compliance, from tender through handover, coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years at site management level with housing development experience in Ireland or the UK, and must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience at site management level in a main contractor or developer role.
• High-volume housing experience preferred (40+ units).
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality housing projects in Ireland or the UK.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works comply with planning, health & safety, environmental standards and quality.
• Take full responsibility for project delivery from tender to handover.
• Support project budget management with the team and Quantity Surveyor.
• Prepare project plans, programmes and risk management strategies.
• Manage information flow to site teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate the site team to progress according to programme.

Site Manager (Residential Housing) – Malahide, North Dublin

Site Manager required for a leading residential builder to work on a housing project in Malahide in North Dublin with at least a 2 year duration and is just starting. If you are looking to join a company that has long term work in this area this may be the role for you. We are ideally looking for a Site Manager with housing development experience in either Ireland or the UK.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer
• High volume housing experience preferable (40 units +)
• Proven track record of managing high-volume high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK)
• Good at leading a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.

Role:

• Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health & safety, environmental standards, and to a high quality.
• Take full responsibility for project delivery from tender stage construction to handover.
• Support the management of the project budget in collaboration with the wider team and Quantity Surveyor etc.
• Prepare project plans, programmes, and risk management strategies.
• Manage the flow of information to site teams, stakeholders, and project partners.
• Lead and coordinate the site team (both direct and subcontracted), ensuring the project progresses according to programme.

Salary:

• Basic salary circa €80,000 – €90,000
