Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large-scale apartment development in South Dublin. You will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring safety and programme delivery on site.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will liaise with design teams and client representatives while leading subcontractors and site staff to maintain quality and performance on a busy high-density residential project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large building projects.
• Strong background with a main contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Site Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a large-scale apartment development in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for a Site Manager with large building project experience to lead delivery on site. The successful Site Manager will report to the Project Manager on site.

Role:

• Take ownership of day-to-day site management, ensuring works progress safely and to programme.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, general foremen, and site staff across all trades.
• Monitor quality, cost, and programme performance, escalating risks where needed.
