GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking a Site Manager for a large fit-out project. You will lead subcontractors, manage the construction team, oversee scheduling, and ensure on-time completion with strict quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a trade background or degree and commercial fit-out experience in Ireland or the UK, plus a solid working knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.

Site Manager - Fitout Site Manager required for a well-established leading main contractor to work on a large project in Dublin. The ideal Site Manager will have delivered large scale fitout projects previously in either Ireland or the UK.

Role & Responsibilities: Manage subcontractors. Managing construction team. Managing programme. Completing commercial fitout of project. Ensure completion dates are met. Ensuring quality of works. Managing health and safety on Site.

Requirements: Trade background or degree qualified. Commercial Fit-out experience in Ireland or the UK at Site Manager / Foreman level. Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
