Site Manager – Fit Out

Job Location: Dublin/ROI

INFORM3 are recruiting for a busy fit-out and construction contractor who is seeking experienced Site Managers to join its growing team.

The role will involve managing site operations across projects in Dublin and nationwide, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Site Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities from mobilisation through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain strong focus on health & safety compliance and site standards.
• Monitor progress and report updates to the Project Manager and senior team.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and sequencing of trades.
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Maintain site records including daily diaries, inspections, and reports.
• Identify and resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays.

Site Manager Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, fit-out, refurbishment, or specialist contracting.
• Strong understanding of site coordination, sequencing of trades, and programme delivery.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and manage site documentation.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Carpentry and timber construction knowledge desirable as well as Structural steel installation, Glazing systems and façade works.
