Job Title – Site Manager (Fit Out)

Projects – Commercial

About the Company

INFORM3 are currently recruiting for Fit-Out Site Manager to work on retail and commercial projects in Dublin. The successful candidates will work for a specialist fit-out contractor that is seeking to expand their site teams due to continued demand for their services.

The client requires candidates that have previous experience working on a variety of fit-out projects and have a fit-out / joinery background.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete.
• Ensure all site staff adhere to health & safety regulations.
• Motivate site staff to reach daily and weekly targets.
• Complete regular inspections regarding quality of workmanship.
• Plan and coordinate Machinery and Equipment.
• Order in materials.
• Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary.
• Attend and chair site meetings.
• Attend Site Management Meetings.
• Assist in emergency situations.

Specification

• Fit-Out Management background.
• 4 years plus experience in a similar role.
• Preferably from a Joinery background.
• Able to manage and motivate.
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Full Driving License.
