Inform3 Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a major apartment development in Dublin. You will lead day-to-day site operations on a large-scale residential project as part of an experienced site team.

Qualifications

• Construction-related qualification required.
• 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager on large-scale projects.
• Experience on large-scale residential projects and strong knowledge of construction processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered to programme and quality standards
• Manage health & safety on site
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and design teams
• Monitor progress, materials and resources
• Ensure works are completed to drawings and specifications
• Resolve site issues and maintain high standards of delivery
