Job summary

Circet Ireland & UK is hiring a Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile Data Centre projects across Europe. This role requires regular travel to client sites and collaboration with international teams, customers and stakeholders to ensure safety, efficiency and the highest quality standards.

You will oversee documentation, toolbox talks and risk management while coordinating operations to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ Data Centre experience.
• Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a cabling solutions.
• OM3/OM4/OM5/OS1/OS2 cabling solutions.
• Microsoft Office skills, incl. Excel, Visio.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
• Well organized and proactive attitude.
• Good team member with ability to work unsupervised.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily Project documentation to ensure work is correctly tracked.
• Delivering toolbox talks for onsite engineers.
• Assessing and minimizing on site Risk.
• Monitor, control and manage in-house project operations to meet customer expectations and timelines.
• Liaise between departments to ensure smooth delivery of operations.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to the project Manager.
• Track & manage change notices and change orders.
• Arranging equipment delivery to site and ensuring stock management.
• Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plans for future improvements.
• Occasional ‘hands on’ capability when required.

Circet's Data Centre Services (DCS) division is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile Data Centre projects across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and internationally minded professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working on complex, business-critical infrastructure projects. The role will support the delivery of upcoming projects across mainland Europe and requires regular travel to client sites, offering exposure to some of the most advanced Data Centre environments in the industry.

Working alongside international teams, customers and stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

• Competent Microsoft Office skills, incl. Excel, Office & Visio
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
• Well organized, pro-active and responsible attitude.
• A good team member but with the ability to work on unsupervised.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
