Applegreen Ballybrack is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations on site. You will drive quality service, manage cash and stock, and coach a small team to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with policy.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Site Manager - Applegreen Ballybrack

As a Site Manager at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

What will I be doing as a Site Manager at Applegreen?

• As a Site manager, you will be responsible for operating the site in accordance with Applegreen's operations manual, policies and procedures.
• Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
• Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the store’s highest performance, including cash management, stock control, and motivating and leading employees by assisting in their training, coaching and development.
