Job summary

Applegreen Cork North Ring is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Site Manager in running the business and ensuring great guest experiences. You will help drive sales and maintain brand standards while stepping in when the Site Director or Site Manager is unavailable.

The role suits a can-do, customer-focused individual with 1–2 years in a similar role, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.

Assistant Manager - Applegreen Cork North Ring

As an Assistant Manager at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

What will I be doing as an Assistant Manager at Applegreen?

• Support the Site Manager in operating the business in strict accordance with the Applegreen Systems Manual.
• Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures to consistently deliver brand standards.
• Assume responsibility for the site in the absences of the Site Director/Site Manager.
