Applegreen Inchicore seeks a Supervisor to lead front-line operations in a busy retail setting. You will support the Site Manager, drive sales, and ensure high standards of guest experience.

The role rewards initiative, teamwork and strong communication with customers and colleagues. Prior retail supervisory experience and a can-do attitude are preferred; full training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
• Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with various administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance.
• Support the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets.
• Motivate the team by setting achievable goals and using effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ensure the store operates in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
