Job summary

Applegreen Stores Ballybrack is seeking a Site Manager to lead front-line operations at a busy roadside outlet. You will manage daily site performance, ensure adherence to operations manuals, and drive sales while delivering excellent guest experiences.

You will supervise team members, oversee cash handling, stock control, delivery of training and coaching, and foster a positive, fast-paced environment. This role offers development opportunities and a clear path to progression within Applegreen.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar Site Manager/Retail Manager role.
• Can-do attitude with strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail setting and be willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate the site in line with Applegreen's operations manual, policies and procedures.
• Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
• Perform administrative tasks including cash management and stock control, while training and developing staff.

Site Manager - Applegreen Ballybrack

As a Site Manager at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

What will I be doing as a Site Manager at Applegreen?

• As a Site manager, you will be responsible for operating the site in accordance with Applegreen's operations manual, policies and procedures.
• Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
• Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the store’s highest performance, including cash management, stock control, and motivating and leading employees by assisting in their training, coaching and development.

• Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
