Global Professional Consultants seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee a housing project in Wexford, Ireland. You will lead site teams, ensure compliance with planning, H&S and quality standards, and drive project execution from tender through handover.

The role requires 5+ years in site management on high-volume housing (40+ units), with strong leadership and meticulous attention to detail. A competitive package including pension is offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, H&S, quality standards.
• Full responsibility for project out-turn from tender stage through construction and handover.
• Support management of project budget in conjunction with the wider team QS etc.
• Prepare project, programme, risk management plans.
• Responsible for flow of information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners, on your site.
• Manage the site team, both direct and indirect, ensuring the project is running to programme.
