Job summary

Conack Construction is seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead a residential project in South Dublin. You will own site operations, manage teams and subcontractors, and drive the project safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager role or similar on residential projects.
• Strong background in construction site management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site.
• Excellent organisation and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in Ireland.
• Experience delivering construction projects in Ireland.
