Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations on major civil works across the West of Ireland. You will oversee site teams, subcontractors and resources to ensure timely delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a recognised qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, at least 5 years’ site management experience, and strong leadership and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering or construction.
• Qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, organisational and reporting skills; knowledge of Irish standards.
• Full driving licence.

About Your New Role:
As Civil Site Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day site management on complex civil works, ensuring all project goals are met with the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your focus will include:
