Job summary

ISD728 is seeking a Site Leader for the EdVenture Club program at Twin Lakes Elementary. You will supervise children, organize activities, and coordinate registrations and staff to ensure a safe, engaging environment for participants in a year-round program.

The role includes field-trip leadership, class location management, and collaboration with school staff to promote the program and ensure smooth operations for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two thousand hours of experience with elementary age children.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Training in child development and related topics is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children at program sites to ensure safety and quality.
• Plan, organize, and maintain activities and materials.
• Greet families and manage check-in/out and attendance records.
• Manage on-site registrations with Community Education office.
• Maintain snacks inventory and supply levels.
• Lead enrichment instructors and prepare classrooms for use.
• Serve as Lead Chaperone on field trips.
• Ensure class location and ratio compliance.
• Supervise designated staff or volunteers.
• Support plans for children with special needs.
• Communicate with coordinators, managers, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
