Job summary

Monticello Community Education seeks an Assistant Site Lead for the Magic Adventures School Age Care program at Pinewood Elementary. The role involves supervising school-age children with structured activities, aiding in daily operations, and coordinating with staff and parents.

Hours are before/after school, with additional days during non-school periods and summer. Rate of pay is $21.26/hr with leave benefits; 28 hours/week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain within 90 days).
• 1–3 years of school-age child care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children (Grades 1-5) in the after-school Magic Adventures program.
• Assist in planning and preparing age-appropriate activities and events.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents daily.
• Ensure safety and enforce program rules and procedures.
