Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Ireland seeks a senior site leader to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the manufacturing operations. You will shape strategies, deploy governance, and lead major programs across the site with a focus on Lean, CI, and performance management.

Collaboration with global OPEX initiatives and talent development are key aspects of this role. You will guide strategic roadmaps, partner with site leadership, and ensure alignment with platform strategy while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science is required.
Advanced degree (MBA/MSc) preferred.
Minimum of 8–10 years related experience in manufacturing/operations.
Experience leading continuous improvement/lean functions and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead JJPS/Operational Excellence and sustain Lean leadership at the site.
Map value streams and drive reliability improvements across strategic brands.
Own CIP pipeline process, site targets, and cost-improvement portfolio in Planisware.
Ensure site performance management cadence and external reporting readiness.
Lead deployment of OPEX initiatives such as Smart Change Over, OEE, Golden Batch, and other programs.
Build capability with coaching and mentoring for certifications (Lean/Six Sigma, PM).
Develop and deploy the site’s strategic goals aligned with overall platform strategy.
Manage talent development, budgeting, and governance for the team.
