Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Ireland seeks a Site Leader to shape strategies and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing site. Reporting to the OPEX Platform Lead and site GM, you will implement governance and deploy policies, building a high-performance organization.

You will lead JJPS, value stream mapping, CIP pipelines, and site KPI oversight while guiding capability building and strategic deployment aligned with MTO & Platform Strategy.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Advanced degree (MSc or MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead JJPS, lean leadership and the Culture of Excellence at the site.
• Value Stream Mapping to identify gaps and improve reliability for strategic brands.
• DRI for the CIP pipeline, site targets, and KPI management including Planisware portfolio.
• Lead deployment of key OPEX initiatives and programs (Smart Change Over, OEE, Golden Batch, etc.).
