Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Little Island, Cork, Ireland, seeks a senior leader to drive continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma deployment, and strategic OPEX initiatives across the site. You will shape strategy, govern cost-improvement programs, and lead cross-functional teams within a regulated manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include managing JJPS processes, VSM, CIP pipelines, and site performance reviews, while mentoring talent and aligning with the global platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science is required.
• Advanced degree (M.Sc. or MBA) preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of related experience in operations, planning or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead JJPS/Operational Excellence and Culture of Excellence at the site.
• Map value streams and deliver reliability improvements for strategic brands.
• Act as DRI for CIP pipeline, site targets and KPI governance.
