Sofina Foods is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda at our Castleblayney manufacturing site while supporting our retail operation across Northern Ireland. Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor.
• Ability to handle complex employee relations cases with practical, compliant guidance.
• Experience operating in a matrix organisation with Centres of Excellence.
• Capable of balancing strategic projects with day-to-day HR operations.
• Strong relationship-building skills with leaders across levels.
• Organised, commercially aware and able to make informed decisions.
• Passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to deliver the people and engagement strategy.
• Support ~60 manufacturing employees and ~130 retail staff across 15 stores.
• Lead recruitment from interview through onboarding and induction.
• Manage employee relations cases with practical, compliant advice.
• Monitor HR metrics like recruitment, turnover and absenteeism.
• Support workforce and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and reporting are accurate & up-to-date.
• Drive engagement activities to create a high-performing workplace.
