Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Site Foreman in Ireland to lead on-site teams across one or more projects. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency while coordinating with the project manager and subcontractors.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a practical understanding of RAMS, budgets, and schedules. Experience in construction and a valid Safe Pass is preferred; full driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Manual Handling and Safe Pass required.
• Basic understanding of Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to lead, problem-solve, and work autonomously.
• Team player with delivery focus.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to deliver multiple projects.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental and sustainability standards on site.
• Understand RAMS, safety inspections, and statutory requirements.
• Manage day-to-day site operations in the absence of the project manager.
• Monitor programme and budgets and communicate overruns.
• Drive standards for on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure work completed to high standards with minimal rework.
• Participate in site safety inspections and close out items.
• Foster collaboration and respect with client representatives.
