Job summary

BSS Building Staff Solutions Limited is recruiting a Site Engineer for a November start on a 55-bed apartment block in Limerick City. The role covers setting out from substructure to completion and coordinating with the Site Manager and subcontractors on sequencing and programme.

The candidate will establish and maintain site grids, check drawings, produce as-builts, and assist with QC and BCAR documentation, with a degree in civil/structural engineering and main-contractor experience required.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil or structural engineering, or equivalent.
• Site Engineer experience with a main contractor.
• Residential experience, ideally on apartment schemes.
• Strong setting out skills: total station, GPS and level.
• Valid Safe Pass and site certifications.
• Available for a November start.
