Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Site Engineer for a North Dublin residential project, including a school project location. You will focus on setting out and site surveying to help deliver high-quality construction.

The role requires using AutoCAD and MS Office, with involvement in procurement and commercial tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of civil engineering experience in Ireland or the UK and a civil engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ civil engineering project experience in Ireland or the UK.
• Experience with setting out equipment including GPS, site engineer level and total station.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and site surveying to support project delivery.
• Check designs and drawings to ensure accurate execution.
• Assist procurement and commercial departments as needed.
• Complete SHEQ forms and maintain site records.
• Record labour and plant returns and support daily site tasks.

A Main Civil Engineering Contractor is hiring a Site Engineer to join their team. Your focus will be to help deliver a high-quality and exciting new Residential Project in North Dublin.. The company has a strong reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and project delivery. The successful candidate would be working on a school project in a great location.

Role:

• Setting out
• Site surveying
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Assisting the procurement department
• Assisting the commercial department.
• Completing SHEQ forms
• Tracking site records
• Completing labour and plant returns
• General site civil engineering daily tasks

Requirements:

• Must be graduating or hold a degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Must have a minimum 2 -years recent experience on Civil Engineering projects in Ireland or the UK
• Must have knowledge setting out equipment including GPS, site engineer level, total station
