Job summary

ICDS Group in Carlow is seeking a Site Engineer (Residential) to manage setting out for groundworks, foundations, slabs and services on a 100+ unit residential development. You will liaise with utilities providers and monitor subcontractor quality to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and Building Regulations.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and 3–5 years post-qualification experience, with residential experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Residential / housebuilding experience preferred.
• Strong setting-out experience using GPS / Total Station equipment.

Required for medium sized residential developer who are currently undertaking 100+ Units' in Carlow

Role will involve setting out works for groundworks, foundations, slabs, and services, liasing with Utilties providers. Monitoring subcontractor quality and ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications and Building Regulations.
