Job summary

Applitrack seeks a Site Coordinator for the SPARKS program at Beaverton Elementary School and Beaverton High School. The role oversees afterschool sites, coordinating staff, safety, and daily operations to meet grant goals and district standards.

You will communicate with students, families, and school staff to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment that supports academic growth and social development. This full-time position starts ASAP with orientation.

Qualifications

• Michigan teaching certificate OR experience coordinating youth programs per MOST Standards of Quality.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate and supervise a team; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead high-quality, compliant afterschool program sites with administrative leadership.
• Supervise staff and plan strategically to align with grant goals and district standards.
• Serve as the central communication point among students, families, schools and community partners; ensure a safe, engaging environment.
• Oversee data management, family engagement, and licensing compliance across one or two sites.
