Job summary

Wills Bros Ltd in Limerick is seeking an experienced Site Agent to manage daily site operations on a major infrastructural project. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver safely, on time and to programme.

The role requires a civil engineering qualification and proven site management experience on heavy civil projects, with Irish or UK delivery preferred. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• A civil engineering qualification with strong relevant site experience.
• Proven experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar site management role.
• Experience delivering heavy civil engineering infrastructural projects.
• Irish or UK project delivery experience is highly desirable.
• A full, clean Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and plant to support smooth project delivery.
• Working closely with the Project Manager, engineers and commercial team to monitor progress, costs and project performance.
• Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, quality standards and client requirements.
• Planning and sequencing daily and weekly site activities to maintain productivity and programme.
• Driving compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures across the site.
• Managing site records, progress reports, permits, RAMS and other project documentation as required.
• Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying site risks, resolving operational issues and escalating matters where required.
