Sisk Group is recruiting a Site Agent in Ireland to lead a major construction site. You will oversee safety, quality and delivery, manage subcontractors and coordinate activities from mobilisation to handover.
The role requires a trade or technical background and proven experience with RC frame and curtain walling, plus high‑end finishes. You will motivate teams, lead daily meetings and ensure the project stays on time and within budget.

Joining an experienced team, the Site Agent, with proven experience with RC frame, curtain walling to facade and high end internal finishes will have overall responsibility for the delivery of a specific site. This is the lead construction role on the ground, responsible for the safe, efficient and quality-driven supervision of all site activities. The Site Agent will oversee the preparation of the site prior to launch and manage operations throughout the full construction phase.
