The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, is seeking a Shop Manager on a permanent full-time basis (37.5 hours, 5 days over 6).
You will lead Vincent's Dunboyne shop, maximise sales, manage volunteers and staff, ensure compliant operations, and deliver excellent customer service in line with SVP's ethos. Experience in retail and a commitment to social justice are preferred.

Salary range: €37,557.50 per annum; paid monthly

We are currently looking to recruit a Shop Manager (Permanent Full Time; 37.5 hours, 5 days over 6 days) to join our Northeast and Midlands Retail team in Vincent's Dunboyne, Co. Meath. The Shop Manager of the St Vincent de Paul Charity shop is responsible for maximizing sales, productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction by efficiently managing the shop in line with SVP's retail standards, policies, and ethos.
They lead and develop a team including volunteers, CE staff, TUS participants, and paid employees, ensuring high standards and business growth. The role includes full ownership of the shop's operations, compliance with legislation and health and safety, and delivering excellent customer service that reflects the Society's values.
