Job summary

M&P O’Sullivan Ltd in Leemount Cross, Cork, is seeking an experienced Shop Assistant to join the team. This customer-facing role requires a friendly, proactive approach and a commitment to helping customers.

You will handle inquiries, cash, stock, and housekeeping while contributing to a 5/7 roster, approximately 37.5 hours per week, with weekly pay and an immediate start.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Shop Assistant in Leemount Cross.

This role is customer facing so therefore requires an individual with a friendly and happy disposition always willing to help.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer facing first and foremost. Therefore, the willingness to assist is paramount.
• Following up on general customer inquiries.
• Cash handling accuracy.
• Stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Daily liaison with customers and colleagues.
• Housekeeping will be an important part of the role.
• Adhere to H&S regulations as set out in the store by the Store Manager.
• Adhere to policies and procedures within the Store.
