Job summary

Sogeti Ireland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across the organisation, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable platforms.

You'll implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing evolutions of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring security, reliability, and alignment with business requirements. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, platform enhancements, or development projects.
• ServiceNow certifications desirable.
• Degree or certification in CS/IT or related discipline.
• Experience developing integrations using APIs and enterprise integration technologies.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow enhancements and projects.
• Develop, test and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve technical issues while monitoring and optimising platform performance, stability, and reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform by implementing best practices, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
